Brunch at the Pig

While on our recent New York trip…we stopped by The Spotted Pig for a late brunch after our red-eye flight. Brunch is always my favorite meal because you can get a bit of everything, sweet, savory, salty you name it. I tried one of the daily specials, Poached eggs with Smoked Trout and Hollandaise while Jason ordered a Roquefort Burger. The trout was salty and smoky which balanced the creamy rich egg and sauce quite nicely!
