Tapas Party!

Last weekend, Jason’s cousin Michele invited us over for the most amazing Tapa’s party! She cooked authentic Spanish tapas with recipes out of this cookbook, my favorite being the patatas bravas with sweet smoked paprika, yum! We feasted on manchego cheese, olives, Spanish wine, tortas, empanadas and albondigas. I can’t wait to throw a tapas party of my own. Who’s bringing the wine?

Tapa’s night was super amazing…starting with all of the appetizers of olives, cheeses, bread, tortas….umm delicious! I especially enjoyed your pairing of the anisette sweetened style of Spanish torta with goat cheese! Super Yum!
The wines were equally amazing too…we enjoyed your Spanish Temparanillo with the Calder wine label as much as my coveted Pape de Robles from Robert Hall Vineyards in Paso Robles!
Nothing like sitting around and tasting delicious prepared foods of Spain while sipping some good wine! I enjoyed having my house full of spirit!
