Meet Brittni: founder of the online exhibition site Papernstitch, a place where all the best handmade goods and art come to play. Papernstitch was created out of Brittni’s passion for helping other artists and crafters get their work noticed. Beyond curating, Brittni also posts helpful business advice, DIY projects and crafts. A BIG thanks to Brittni for continuing to inspire. Now let’s hear what she has to say...
P.S. Aren’t you dying to read about those red velvet cupcakes?

Q: Item of clothing you can’t live without? This is a tough one because I have several things on heavy rotation. But if I can only chose one, I’d have to go with my BDG jeans. Years ago, I wore dresses everyday. But as time goes on, I’ve become more a t-shirt and jeans kind of gal.

Q: Favorite tool in your creative arsenal? Definitely my alphabet rolling rubber stamp. My mom got it for me for Christmas last year, and I use it for all kinds of projects. It’s super fun to play around with. Other than that, I’d have to go with a notepad and a pen (as boring as that sounds). I love writing down my ideas on paper and then transferring them to the computer later. I get my best thinking done with a pen and paper.

Q: Totally obsessed with… These playful knit stools from Claire Anne O’Brien. I am not even sure I could bring myself to sit on them. But they’d sure look good in our home.

Q: Currently craving? Red velvet cupcakes. As always. I am dangerously obsessed with the ones from Cami Cakes (here in Jacksonville). But those jeans that I can’t live without are starting to hate me for it.

Q: Currently working on? A couple of projects that I hope to roll out over the next several months. Can’t say much about them right now, because I decided to keep these tight-lipped until they are closer to completion. But I can say that one of those projects is a blog redesign, and the other two are completely new.

Thanks Brittni!
