Letterpress Wood Blocks

February 28, 2011

Happy Monday to you! This weekend I stumbled upon what might be my favorite thrift store find so far: vintage letterpress woodblocks. I am completely charmed by these little wooden letters still stained with the ink from their old printing days. It’s like having a little piece of design history of my very own!

Old Schoool printing is such an artform in itself…each carved wood block letter is so lovely to view and hand candy, too! I would love picking up a piece to toss in my hand…such a good find!

    Like your finds Freutcake!
