I Heart Sriracha

Sriracha (SIR-rotch-ah) aka Rooster Sauce reigns king over all the dips, sauces and spreads in my fridge. I am totally addicted to this spicy and delicious Thai chili sauce and use it on everything. Lucky for me Sriracha is available at most of my favorite eateries and sushi bars. Here are 5 ways to try this fiery sauce:
1) Make Sriracha-Glazed Chicken Wings
2) Serve Sriracha Deviled Eggs as hors d’oeuvres
3) Mix Sriracha with a couple Tbs of mayo & serve with sweet potato fries
4) Drizzle on scrambled eggs for a spicy start to your morning
5) Use in place of hot sauce in your Bloody Mary.

I can’t agree with you more. I put it on EVERYTHING… but I never thought to try it in bloody mary’s (aka my favorite drink ever). Thanks!!
